Micro-Spectrophotometer — Nano-500
An advanced micro UV VIS spectrophotometer model with full wavelength range (200-800nm). It has a new function added to the measurement of bacterial cell concentration in a cuvette (OD600). Nano-500 requires only 0.5-2 μl of sample to measure nucleic acids, proteins as fast as Nano-300.

Nano-500 is a spectrophotometer device that is specially developed for low volume samples and can measure with high sensitivity and accuracy. It is used in biological analyses such as DNA, RNA, protein measurements and nanotechnology studies. This device offers exceptional performance especially in microplate formats and analyses with small samples.
Micro volume measurement Only 0.5~2μl of sample is sufficient for accurate determination of nucleic acids and proteins. Nano 500 does not require any consumables.
Nano-500 can also be used to test Fluorescence. Fluorometric mode can be used for samples with concentrations below 2 ng/μl and the minimum detection limit can reach 0.5pg/μl.
