NanoDrop™ One/ Spectrophotometer

A high-precision spectrophotometer designed for micro-volume measurements of DNA, RNA, proteins and other biomolecules. Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific, this instrument provides high accuracy and repeatability, while also offering the ability to analyze with very low sample volumes such as 1 µL.

Wavelength between 190 and 850 nm
Measurement results in 8 seconds
Option to work with a cuvette and temperature control in the cuvette portal at 37 °C, for use in kinetic studies.
