Sonicator

Sonicator

It is a system for the processing of liquids using ultrasonic waves. By transmitting sound waves (usually at frequencies between 20 kHz and 100 kHz) into a liquid, these devices perform highly efficient homogenization, dispersion, solubility enhancement and cell disruption in various industrial and laboratory applications. Sonicators are widely used in many different industries such as biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food and nanotechnology.

Effective Solutions with Ultrasonic Technology!

Full Amplitude Control

Amplitude (intensity) can be controlled over the entire dynamic range from 1-100%, providing a higher degree of resolution and the ability to determine the exact amplitude needed to best process your sample.

Programmable

Parameters such as processing times, pulse on/off and amplitude can be stored in memory and operated at the touch of a button.

Pulse Mode

Adjustable pulse On and Off times to reduce heat gain in temperature sensitive samples.

Temperature Monitoring

An optional temperature probe is available for customers who want to monitor the temperature of their samples. When the temperature limit is reached, sonication is switched off to prevent overheating.

Power Rating: 700 watts
Frequency: 20 kHz

Programmable Timer 72 hours/s

Programmable : 10 memories

Adjustable Pulse On/Off: 1 second to 24 hours

Other Devices

Overload Protection

The unit is equipped with a fault detection circuit to shut down sonication in the event of a fault occurring.

Touch Screen Control

The large, color LCD screen clearly displays all operating parameters and options. Access any of Sonicator’s functions intuitively and quickly with a simple touch.
